She hopes to be back with us on Tuesday. Her mom is really slowing down. She is having time with her mom and I think that's a good thing.

Friday 13th and so far nothing bad has happened yet.

Having my first cup of black coffee ☕ and a Heath Toffee candy bar. Later having eggs over easy, bacon and toast.

3. Sipping on some nice Ethiopian fair-trade coffee now.

Later will have some oatmeal with walnuts and dried cranberries. A nice warm breakfast is in order as it's raining to beat the band ribhtg now. Going to be a gloomy day.

Cloudy and windy outside here. I hope we get rain, it is so dry here

6. I had Haagen Daz strawberry creme fraiche (I can't spell) with oat and

honey granola sprinkled on top, lemon poppy seed muffin, pineapple-mango juice, coffee with cream.

It was great. I was ravenous.

Later on I had a cornbread toast with a little olive oil butter and agave.
