4. Black coffee for now

I’m thinking kimchi scrambled eggs a little later when I get hungry. Because I’m retired, I can have breakfast whenever I get hungry, which can be anytime from first thing in the morning to sometime in the afternoon. My endocrinologist’s nutritionist tells me how important it is to stick to a schedule, but I never manage that.

and alternating eating from each (works better than mixing them). Bad sweet tooth. The WHOLE CAN! (14.5 oz, $2.89)

My Instant Mock Pot still mocks me with its ever-present "OFF", as I try to figure out how this thing will improve my life.
