Had left over topping from a cobbler

So I got some nectarines on sale, added a couple of plums, blueberries, sugar a little water, zest and juice of a lemon with some cinamon and nutmeg. All to taste as I cooked the fruit. Used the individual cooking dishes to make a mixed fruit cobbler. Had enough topping for 4 bowls.

Now my wife wants more.....

are pretty easy, as desserts go. Galettes, for example. This sounds delicious, Old Crank.
