What's for Dinner, Tues., Sept. 26, 2023

Made this crustless zucchini quiche, which I put in a glass loaf pan.

It has both green and yellow sliced zucchini, cheddar, mozzarella, and basil leaves. Onion and garlic, of course.

Occasionally pasta. Kind of a Pasta e Fagioli Soup.

It is a clear out the fridge/freezer soup for me.

Garlic bread is encouraged
