Stuffed Portobello mushroom served on rye bread; filled with sausage, tomatoes, peppers, onion, and topped with cheddar cheese.

Blueberry basil kombucha.

DARN, forgot swiss cheese when grocery yesterday.

Late 'just break an egg' with added sweet red pepper for late brunch today, so dinner = DUNNO!

Easy peasy dinner. The pesto is already in the freezer, as are the shrimp, so this'll come together quickly.
