Sounds like something perfect next to a pork tenderloin roast or the turkey breast Backseat Driver Sep 2023 #2
Would that be something you'd toast? Or, no? WheelWalker Sep 2023 #3

Looks to be like a banana-nut bread. So, yes... toastable and excellent w/ cream cheese. WheelWalker Sep 2023 #7
It would not work in a traditional vertical toaster yellowdogintexas Sep 2023 #8

slices in gravy somewhere in the freezer. Think we're just gonna do thick fried bologna sandwiches and pickled beets tonight. I bought a lemon pound cake from a local small bakery and melted down some black raspberry jam that I dumped some blueberries in for a topping w/whipped cream - not sparing the calories, LOL!

Costco bakes a cranberry-walnut round that is mine to die for. And orange marmalade is my favorite jam, so your breakfast bread I would love to try! I'm thinking toasted with a thin smear of cream cheese?

As for toasting, I'm not sure how it would work. I shall have to try it and see. If any of it comes home with me, I will do so.

Too many crumbs. It should do OK with a toaster oven or air fryer due to the flat surface
