and my buttered toasted whole grain English muffin.

The sunrise was very colorful and then very bright until the sun got behind a layer of clouds.

Omelette with Swiss chard, chopped green pepper, scallion, and parmesan. On top I put eggplant caviar.

Maybe later some tea.
