What's for Dinner, Wed., Aug. 16, 2023

Just got home from union meeting; maybe much later I'll have a big salad.

The meeting had a buffet late in the day, plus breakfast earlier, so I prol'ly won't be hungry until late. If I do have one it will be tossed romaine and salad greens like ruffly red from my garden.

Also butter cube yellow zucchini sauteed with onion and tossed with herbs and goat cheese.

Pomegranate kombucha.

…on the grill, with a kale Caesar salad. French rosé. Ordinary fudgecicles for dessert.

Our 6 houseguests have [finally] departed, so we don’t have to limit ourselves to pasta and hot dogs to satisfy the kids-component

Ms K brought this monster stuffed chicken breast at the supermarket. I don't know what it's stuffed with yet.

Solidarity! Union strong!
