Coffee first. Grocery day so I will get a sausage egg McMuffin at Mickey D before the store later this morning

Air fryer breakfast pizza with English muffin.....eggs cooked & scrambled, ground sausage cooked, shredded Colby Jack cheese, English muffins, and fennel seed.

Pear and ricotta. Ricotta sprinkled with coarsely ground black pepper.

This pear is rather lame. I think i will put the other half in the refrigerator and hope that it's better cold.
