Time for Cherry jam

My local supermarket had cherries on clearance sale at 3.30 Euro per kilo.
Picked up 1.5 kilo to make jam.
Watched the women's soccer for the European championship while pitting the lot.
Tomorrow into the pot and jars.

with a ton of cherries (tart and sweet) so I might also be making some cherry jam!
