Lunch today

I made low-carb vegetarian fettuccine al fresco. I used shirataki fettuccine noodles, with homemade cheese sauce and California blend veggies. Oh my, what a treat on a cold, snowy day.

I also made some curried chicken salad, to make wraps, and also a garlic cheese spread, also for wraps. Last thing is a couple of soy-soaked hard boiled eggs.

I have them once in awhile. I loved pasta, and the shiritaki noodles or rice go with everything I use them in
