raspberry ketones and green coffee bean capsules

i decided to try them yesterday because of dr. oz's recs. i'm a T2 diabetic and my fasting BG was higher this morning than they've been for many months at 130! it's usually around 104. i usually don't fall for these kind of gimmicks, but into the trash can they go! good thing they didn't cost an arm and a leg.

anyone else try these?

Eat whole foods. Ditch the gluten for a spell. Eschew animal products for a year and see how it all goes.

I'm a type 2 diabetic.
I saw one of Dr Oz's shows on weight loss using a variety of herbs and teas.
Checked them out via Google and it was all a bunch of hooey.
