negative thoughts?

http://www.lifescript.com/diet-fitness/tips/t/thinking_negative_thoughts_oops.aspx

"...you must first accept your body – with all of its quirks and inconveniences – before you can change your body...(negative) thoughts can unravel your best intentions. They erode your self-confidence and motivation to succeed...

You must get past those thoughts to experience true, lasting results. How? One of my clients developed what I now call the “oops technique.” Whenever you find yourself thinking something bad about yourself just say “oops” out loud. It may sound silly, but it’s a great reminder to stop negative thoughts in their tracks and return to positive thinking."
Remember, your body is a precious gift!

Kick in to the DU tip jar?

This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.

As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.

Tell me more...
