2. I think I have.

I went looking after I wrote that post which was originally posted in the lounge earlier this evening. I don't have a good address or a direct way to reach her yet, but I do have the phone number of her secretary. So I should be able to at least get a good address to send a letter to via the secretary.

4. You should be able to find her

First, try the courthouse. Many judges stay on the bench a very long time. If she's not there, a clerk of the court may know.
If that doesn't work, try checking the Georgia Bar. She probably kept her bar membership.

I think she would love to hear from you. Really. I used to practice law and I heard quite a few judges tell their war stories. They would love to tell a story like yours. She would love to know she was right in assessing the situation.
