Exercise and Fitness
Related: About this forum75 and jog 3 or 4 days a week.
Usually go for 4 to5 miles at a slow jog, slogging.
Recently purchased a vest that holds up to 40 lbs. Now doing 3 miles with 20 lbs. Hope to get up to 30lbs.
What a difference. Now feel my legs when I get done. Turning my running into a muscle building exercise.

I ran 4-5 times a week for years. Decades really. Started 5 marathons and finished 4.
