Anyone dealing with psoriatic arthritis?
If so, please fill me in on your approach to mitigating it. My doctor wants to put me on Humira, but I have reservations due to the risks and cost. I have been working on reducing inflammation-causing foods, have significantly reduced my alcohol intake, and am working on gut health in general.
