This has got to hurt. My lower spine is messed up from dragging beached whales across x-ray tables for 40 years. I do yoga, stretching and I also use an inversion table when it really bothers me. Also turmeric to reduce the inflammation from arthritis. Works for me...very little pain at my old age
I guess looking at "dem bones" you have also...

(15,203 posts)The black is air in the lung. the big thing in front of the spine is the heart. The diagonal lines are ribs that come off the thoracic spine and on top is the shoulder..
I really liked taking Radiographs. I was lucky and It was fun for me.
