Anyone had potassium bottom out? Could I get symptoms and cures? Thanks in advance!

That should bring it up into normal range to begin.

Maybe that was it, this was a long time ago and memory can be wrong.. Should have checked a little further...Thank you for correcting me.

(572 posts)Raised with diet, avocado, cantaloupe, potatoes, greens, and juices, tart cherry, v8 and yerba mate. Replaced coffee with the mate which has high dose of K. In process of this most of my long covid symptoms rapidly disappeared along with the low K problems as soon as I had reached higher levels. Low K is quite common.
