I have 10 different places to buy a gun in town

But no place that I can get catheter supplies! How fucked up is that?

I'd like to say "dueling lobbies" but medical lobbies seem to exist to drive their profits up.

If you're bad enough off to need a medical supply store, just buy a gun, instead, and end the problem.

Catheter supplies are probably cheaper online, although getting them Fed Exed overnight in an emergency adds to the cost. Don't buy a gun. Defy those assholes.

(Well, shit, Amazon has a lot of gear, they really do sell everything)
