I would like to share an amazing thing that happened to me

I have had horrible stomach pain on and off for years. I'been to many doctors and they haven't helped. It is something about the stomach not contracting

So i read something about saurkraut and started eating it. I am amazed at how well it works! I woke up tonight because of the pain and I ate about 3 big tablespoons

Just wanted to share in case anyone would like to try it

Forgive my gramatical and spelling mistake. Just got this I Pad and keyboard sucks for me

I had been urged to eat a better diet, more grains, veggies, lean meat but my stomach has been getting progressively worse since I was 11. It used to be a couple weeks throughout the year, then a couple months and the last bout has been about 3 years.

They did do a test and my stomach etc was not working correctly, gastroperisis (sp) so they have me on the diet I was eating before, low fat, low fiber, no residue except I have added more dairy for protein and the obligatory lactaid.

I too am starting to feel better. I wonder if you could try the juice to begin with and get some benefit cause I still cannot eat the cabbage?
