PITA week (may be TMI for some people)

Lost a lot of blood last week - bleeding via ostomy - trip to emergency room and some supplies and that seems to have fixed it (though I'm still weak); Unfortunately new insurance is mandating different ostomy supplies so on my first day back to work, they weren't properly sealed (a problem, it seems) and it blew all over (I was outside fortunately). Messy ride home. I hate this shit. I'm sure the indignities will get worse.
