CEA marker high

My CEA marker (colorectal cancer marker) has moved from between 3 and 10 to suddenly 35. I have a PET scan scheduled up. Worried that I'm about to get back into chemo / whatever.

but I've expected it to come back; whether this scan is actionable or not, not sure (maybe it's not large enough to identify/treat) but overall it looks like back into the meat grinder. (sigh).
