Just finished watching BBC/Dracula on Netflix (no spoilers)

Highly recommended. Great Characters, both Dracula and Van Helsing are perfect.

I thought the ending happened at just the right time, too.

For example, when Jonathan Harker fails to notice the significance of getting a message written in English in Transylvania, Van Helsing says, "That's because you are an Englishman: a collection of presumptions without compare." This is a very smart re-examination of the Dracula legend, asking all the questions you'd like a vampire story to ask.

I like the actor who played him, Claes Bang, I thought he was really good in the last season of The Affair. I didn't realize there were three 1 1/2 hour episodes until I was already into it. I thought the violence and gore was just the right amount.

Peace

Was worried as I’m not into horror so much but was really well done and well acted.
