very easy to connect to. But also? They way he builds all the people up (him a Michelin star chef) in this family restaurant where they can reach their potential. For instance a cook from
McDonald’s goes on to be a pastry chef.
I like stories about people being given a fair shake. And people believing in them.
That’s a lot haha.
