Marlee Matlin: Not Alone Anymore, American Masters PBS

A Documentary on Marlee Matlin. It goes through her struggles growing up with parents that were clueless and a mother that discouraged her from going into acting. Her friendship with The Fonz Henry Winkler. Her stardom for playing Sarah in Children of a Lesser God and her romance with coactor William Hurt.

I'm watching The West Wing series on Netflix. Marlee Matlin has appeared in the first season as a political operative from California. I will look forward to seeing the documentary about her if It's available on PBS Passport.
