Spock's and T'Pring's minds get swapped into each others' bodies.

Ethan Peck, grandson of Gregory, plays Spock. There are on-line interviews about how seriously he takes this role, and how playing Spock made him want to be a better person.

I'll be re-watching this later today.

They show how Vulcans court one another, and both characters grow during the season. T'Pring is a wonderful character here, not the stiff version of her character in TOS.

instead of putting it on CBS? I understand they want a wider audience for Season 2, but is Youtube the right format?

It is the second best thing made by Paramount in this recent iterations Star Trek (the first being the third season of Picard which was a fitting send off to the TNG crew).

I did not like them borrowing so heavily from LeGuin's Omelas without attribution. Casting has been good for Strange Worlds, but some of the episodes were clunky and a bit derivative.
