Clooney/Roberts in Ticket to Paradise romcom

Has anyone seen this movie? Most shallow, over-acted, non-believable film I've seen in ages ! . Did I miss something?

wildly happy. They absolutely adore each other personally. Unfortunately their "inside-joke" relationship doesn't seem to translate?

Think shows like White Lotus ( did you see it?)elevated this typical tropical resort-staged comedy/drama to a whole different level.

But I did enjoy watching two old smoothies work together. Sometimes I just need fluff.

though I'm glad I watched in this on Prime and didn't pay to see it in the theater.

I couldn't buy the daughter throwing away all her plans to marry someone she'd just met. (But I'm old & cynical.)
