The Bear. Hulu
A young chef from the fine dining world comes home to Chicago to run his family sandwich shop after a heartbreaking death in his family.
This is an eight-episode tour de force. Superb acting across the board. Episode 7 was mostly filmed in one shot. Impressive.

(16,953 posts)restaurant folks say this is as real as it gets. The cast even trained at some LA eateries. For fans of Shameless, the main character is the actor who played Lip. He is fantastic....

(8,279 posts)the kid *was* Lip. Well, except for his brother Shane (Walking Dead).
Also, Marnie's (Girls) creepy boyfriend was also in this.
