Netflix Adds 'Continue Watching' Removal

After several months where only some had access to it, Netflix has finally added a feature for everyone that allows users to manually delete shows and movies from their ‘Continue Watching’ row.

The new feature has already begun rolling out on Netflix’s web, mobile, and TV apps. Simply select the offending card in the row and scroll down to the ‘Remove from Continue Watching’ option to clear it.

Before now, the only way to clear the row was to push more content to it and have the offending card moved down the rack.

About time. I had netflix for a while before I started using VUDU and this has been a feature on VUDU since I got it... I did not realize how much I needed it until I had it.

Now Prime needs to follow suit. And they both need to allow users to "tag" already watched content. Midnight Writer Feb 2022 #4

I have netflix & amazon, both have several movies that I started and within a few minutes realized they were absolute garbage. Yet there they sit, on the "continue watching" ribbon.

I'll be glad to get rid of the crap I will NEVER continue watching.

I'm still pissed they dropped the 5 star rating system and replaced with the thumbs up and down.

Videos that I'm watching often can't be located on Continue Watching
Also videos that I've added to My List are difficult to locate.

They don't appear in the order in which I've watched them. Also My List does not appear in the order in which I placed them. I feel the order is based on their algorithm.
