Ive never had beetroot before but I am good with the fruits n veggies..should eat more nuts, I guess

Going to have to try it. I thought, for sure they would have sour kraut on the list. Only home made or the one sold in the cooler and never cooked or canned.

is they are a PITA to work with because of their red stain they leave all over the place. Maybe try gold beets the first time to see if you like them?

I can't stand them. I do eat most of the other things on the list.
And lately we have been drinking tart cherry juice, which has health benefits and tastes delicious!

I use it to flavor my kombucha, which is fermented black tea.
