As Russian forces continue to target Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, Ukraine is battling to keep the lights on while also pushing for renewable energy and long-term resilience. Speaking to DW Business, Maxim Timchenko, CEO of Ukraine's largest private energy operator, DTEK, says Ukraine will win the ‘energy war’ with stronger air defense systems.
