I asked the question, when are Russian mothers/parents, going to start complaining?

Casualties mean nothing to Putin, Russia has a lot of cannon fodder to use up. Putin wants to increase his military by 180,000 for a reason, will he pay enough to get the 180,000 voluntarily?
