In the northern Mexican state of Chihuahua, people are anxiously awaiting any sign of rain to refill dried-out dams, wells, and lagoons. The state has faced unusually low rainfall levels in recent years, and so far, they've waited in vain.

fossil fuels and practice ethical conservation.
