A Chicken Nugget Sold For Nearly $100,000 On eBay (Yes, Really)

A lone chicken nugget shaped like a character from the game “Among Us” that came in a limited-edition McDonald’s meal has reached eBay infamy after it sold for nearly $99,997.

It's art. It's just art that doesn't appeal to you. No comment on you, me or the sculptor. marble falls Jun 2021 #8

...master-level bullshittery.

For that price, shouldn't there at least be a marble base on which to display it?

That is sickening. Poseur 'artists' make me sick, as do art critics who treat nothingness like fine art. I took a lot of English lit classes back in college and I saw then that a lot of literary criticism is bullshit. But at least literary critics don't review non-existent books. I need to sell my invisible sculpture. For $18,000 I'll even throw in my TV.
