Kentucky man stopped traffic to moon police.
A Manchester, Kentucky man is in a spot of trouble with the law this morning;
Clinton Sizemore Jr. can be seen on video stopping his truck in the road beside the police department, pulling his pants down and slapping his buttocks, according to police.
Police wrote in the citation he then flipped police off, jumped back in his truck and took off.
Sizemore was charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and wreckless driving charges.
