Is there a way in the Edge browser to retain my current cookies from a small list, but delete the huge bulk of others?

I have built up, through carelessness, a vast list of cookies - so big that just getting a list of them seriously degrades performance, so that deleting each unwanted site individually is not feasible. I'd like to allow about 30 sites to set cookies - and to allow them to keep the current cookies they have set, so I don't have to log back in to them, reset preferences etc.; and delete the thousands of other sites.

Is there a way to do this? Everything I've found so far implies I have to say "delete all cookies", and then build the cookies from allowed sites back up again, which may involved much tedious logging in etc.

Remember that the pages to handle cookies that Edge itself provides are overwhelmed by the amount of cookies I have (eg it takes over a minute to put a list of them on screen - and if I select one site to delete its cookies, that takes over a minute to select, and then over a minute to delete). Does this editor allow me to "select all", then search for the ones I want to keep, then unselect them, then delete the remainder?

Thanks for your answer, anyway, whether it's just hopeful, or definite.
