Global Crossing Airlines GXA6189 is outbound from Naval Base Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to the ICE migrant processing center in Alexandria, VA. It's unknown if there are migrants on board. The inbound flight, GXA6188 came out of Alexandria as well.
