I didn't know about this until I saw a couple of F35s fly over a few minutes ago, fairly low.

SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - To celebrate the Fourth of July, the Vermont Air National Guard will fly its F-35s across the state on Thursday.

The 158th Fighter Wing jets will fly over Vermont between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Independence Day.

1. Yeah - I was in a camp and several flew directly overhead - real low.

I thought, Oh shit - the fight has started (images of "The Day After&quot . But I also knew that the Burlington squadron was just one mountain range away and it is July 4.

For some reason I ducked when they came by. Not that "duck and cover" would do much.
