In far South Texas, Hidalgo County declares disaster due to low water supply.

I grew up in Hidalgo County. I am checking with some classmates to see how they are doing.

ALL of Texas is at risk. There is simply not enough water to cover the influx of people moving here with the combined issue of drought.
