1. Is that the one that would have allowed LEOs to detain anyone they THOUGHT might be here illegally? Like Hispanics in TX

It's like old Sheriff Joe Arpio is running Texas these days.

'Papers? I must see YOUR PAPERS or off to jail you go'

This TX stunt was just like the one tried in parts of AZ not long ago. Nothing but an attempt to intimidate Hispanic people, most of them whose families have been here LEGALLY, IOW native born Americans, a couple hundred years, into staying off the streets and far away from any places where they are allowed to vote.

3. Thanks, Rhiannon, I thought so, but there is so much weird coming out of Texas, it's hard to keep up!

Glad the court did something right regarding this transparent stunt to intimidate Hispanic Americans.

4. I know and there is so much that's hard to follow, I participated in a well attended protest over "kids in cages"

In my small city several years ago. I really don't get it, every single one of us in this country wouldn't be here if immigrants hadn't made the journey to get here, some recently, some a few centuries ago. I descend from both.
