Retention election: Pennsylvania voters undecided in new poll

(WHTM) – Pennsylvania voters are largely undecided on whether to vote “yes” or “no” on retaining three state Supreme Court justices.

In a new Franklin & Marshall College poll released Thursday of 929 registered Pennsylvania voters, more than 50% said they did not know whether to retain Justices Kevin Dougherty and David Wecht.

The poll found 43% of registered voters were unsure about retaining Justice Christine Donohue, though Donohue had the highest retention support among the three justices at 31%.

Thirty percent said Dougherty should be retained, and 25% said Wecht should be retained.
