"PORTLAND, Ore. The Portland-based Bonneville Power Administration could lose nearly 20% of its workforce because of President Donald Trumps effort to shrink the size of the federal government."
"A former administrator of the BPA warned that the job losses could leave the Pacific Northwest in the dark due to unplanned outages.
