LANCASTER, N.H. (WCAX) - A northern New Hampshire store is picking up the pieces after an unwanted repeat customer.
Police responded to the Big Apple Store in Lancaster around 10 p.m. on Thursday for a man allegedly throwing bottles, ripping down signs, and pushing the cash register.

He was charged with felony criminal mischief and was released on condition not to return to the Big Apple Store.
But after Ruddy was released, police say he returned to the scene of the crime and drove into the store.
