Dad received his absentee ballot on time.
My father in Michigan got his A/V ballot in the mail on time yesterday and will drop it off at his city hall tomorrow, no fuss no muss. So no postal issues thus far in the Detroit area. Regardless, turn in your ballots early as possible.
