The remnants of Beryl are giving us a ton of rain.

According to https://www.raindrop.farm/ (a great site that tells you how much rain you've gotten at your house) I've gotten 4.69" as of 8:30 a.m. and it's still coming down. Some areas in Lansing are flooded so I think I'm just going to stay home today. I moved my car out of the carport last night for a free car wash and it looks like I paid $10.00 for one, lol. I hope everybody stays as dry as possible!

ETA:

This is happening about a mile away from me.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?

This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.

As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
