What is the current status of Indiana's voter ID law?

This 2009 article from the New York Times says that it was struck down by the Indiana Supreme Court in 2009.

https://www.nytimes.com/2009/09/18/us/18voter.html?_r=1

But this Indiana SOS Election Division page lists the requirements of the state's voter ID law.

http://www.in.gov/sos/elections/2401.htm

Was the law reinstated at some point? Is that a forgotten page that nobody took down? What's the current law?

An appeals court struck it down, not the Indiana Supreme Court. "Indiana officials ridiculed the decision and said it would be appealed to the State Supreme Court."

Mitch & friends appealed and won at the state level. The law is in full force. Interestingly enough, all the stories I've heard about voters unable to cast ballots because of it have involved the elderly (a bunch of nuns who don't drive were denied ballots) and veterans who were incensed that the military IDs they presented do not pass muster
