Proudly early-voted for President Joe Biden today in

McLean County. I was disappointed in the number of local elections without a Democratic contender.

Henry County also had a lack of Democratic contenders for many down ballot offices.

...greater Chicago are collar counties that is red. Usually many uncontested seats here, too.

At least we got a Dem in the House a couple of elections ago. Sean Casten, first, in 2019, and then redistricted to Jan Schakowsky last election cycle.

If we lived 2 streets to the south, we would be in the district of the wonderful Lauren Underwood.
