News announced he’s written a statement that he’s moving Citadel headquarters to Miami citing crime and a more amenable business environment in FL.

I guess his “investment” in Irving isn’t paying off.

That is f-ing hysterical. And the sleaze bucket can't be honest - he thinks he should pay no taxes. Just remember his ex-wife played him well in divorce court. Betcha he won't marry a smart woman next go-round.
