University of Illinois system has now conducted over 1 million COVID tests on

staff and students this semester. The U of I developed the tests and the policy was to test all 2x a week and one reason why COVID has NOT widespread these Universities.

The question is, where is the Federal Govt and why aren;t these tests being done across America?
