New GUN Law is signed by Rauner, HB2354. That's the 'red flag' bill.

New law on the books in Illinois that makes common sense and of course the NRA is firmly against it.

HB2354. That’s the ‘red flag’ bill that would allow the temporary seizure of firearms from those thought to be at risk to themselves or others.

It empowers concerned family members or law enforcement officers to take action when a loved one with access to a firearm is exhibiting dangerous or threatening behavior.

IT INCLUDES "ACCESS" as a key language, doesn't mean limited to the actual gun owner
